Pricing questions
How does the flat-tier pricing work?
Core and Pro use a tiered model. Up to 250 students, you pay the flat annual fee — no per-student math, nothing else to calculate. Once your school grows past 250 students, pricing switches entirely to per-student-per-month across the whole roster (the flat fee stops applying). This keeps pricing predictable for small schools and fair for larger ones.
What's included in Core vs. Pro?
Core covers everything a school needs to run day-to-day: student and staff management, attendance, exams, report cards, and the full classroom suite (assignments, fees, calendar, ID cards, notices, notifications). Pro adds custom branding — your logo, your colors — across every parent and teacher touchpoint.
Are Hostel, Library, Transport, and Store separate?
Yes. Those are optional modules that you add on top of Core or Pro. We separate them because not every school needs a hostel or transport system — and it felt wrong to charge you for what you don't use. Enterprise plans include all modules by default.
How do branches work?
One branch is included on Core and Pro. Additional branches (from the second onwards) are billed monthly per branch. Enterprise plans include unlimited branches and a multi-campus dashboard for HQ reporting.
Can I start on Core and upgrade to Pro or Enterprise later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your dashboard. All your data, users, and configuration move with you — no re-setup, no re-training. Downgrades are also supported and take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do prices change by currency?
We price in INR, USD, EUR, and GBP. Prices shown are set per region based on local market rates — they are not straight currency conversions. Use the currency toggle above to see pricing for your region.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all the features in that plan. No credit card required to start. Setup and data import are free.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or low-income schools?
Yes. Up to 40% off for verified non-profit schools, NGOs, and schools serving low-income communities. Reach out with proof of status and we'll sort it out.
Setup or implementation fees?
None. Setup is free on every paid plan, including importing your existing data and training your admin team on a live call.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is quoted per group — based on number of campuses, number of students, modules needed, and deployment preferences (cloud, dedicated, or on-premise). We send a proposal within one business day of contact.
